About Us and Our Equipment
It is impossible to video a wedding with one camera. It is possible with two, but three or more cameras are really what it takes to capture everything. The cameras have to be good performers in low light situations such as a church where camera lights are often prohibited. As you can imagine, the investment in professional equipment and personnel can be quite costly, not to mention editing time.

At Video Vermont we do things professionally. That means we will always inquire about dress requirements and try to make sure we act as unabstrusive as possible at your wedding. We have had 20 years of experience in covering every kind of event, including TV documentaries and news feature production. We will always ask to attend your rehearsal and we also carry back-up equipment. Your wedding is too important to have a scene lost due to equipment failure.

Editing:
High Definition DVD tapes are transferred to Apple's Final Cut Pro 6.04 and edited in Apple's new 422 Pro Res environment on a MacPro 2 x 2.8 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon. We insert chapter names in the video as final step before transferring to DVD Studio Pro which we use to design the look and functionality of your DVD. We have Blu Ray burning capability. Video Vermont can offer visual effects from accurate motion tracking and image stabilization through to virtual sets, complex logo effects and high end image manipulation.
We always record in 1080i.

We provide A Blu-ray Disc perfect for Ken Burns style slideshows and movie to run at parties or in lobbies, or for self-promotion.
